It's called Direct Primary Care. We love it, our current patients love it, and we think you'll love it too.
We don't accept any insurance, and as a result, you save money. Become a member of our practice for a low monthly fee. You will receive unlimited office visits, your doctor's cell phone number, same or next day appointment slots, and visits that won't be rushed. We still recommend maintaining insurance but at a lower premium for specialty care, hospital needs, labs and medications.

We're a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice. DPC is a unique approach to healthcare that is rapidly growing. How is it different?
Did you know that most pediatricians have between 2,500-3,500 patients? We limit our total amount of patients in order to provide personalized care. Your doctor spends more time with you in office, and on the phone. The physician also has more time available to ensure your child is receiving the most thorough, up-to-date care.
Jolly Giant Pediatrics does not bill any insurance plans, eliminating the middle-man in your primary care. Decisions about your child's healthcare will be made by you and your doctor, without the impersonal management that comes from third-party payers. Instead, patients pay a monthly membership fee which can save money and covers excellent treatment. Give it a try, and you’ll quickly see the value of this approach!
Forget scheduling appointments weeks in advance, or worrying about getting a last minute sick visit. Typically, you'll get a same to-next day appointment that will be fully covered.

Dr. Dvoskin, known to most patients as “Dr. Daniel,” was born in Ukraine and immigrated to Brooklyn, New York, where he spent his early childhood. Fluent in English and Russian, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science from Florida International University and a Doctor of Medicine from William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
Dr. Daniel launched his pediatric medicine career at Baylor Scott & White McLane Children’s, where he completed his residency in 2022. He worked with Texas Children's Hospital until he started his current practice. He has a passion for forming relationships with patients and watching them grow alongside their families.
When he is not seeing patients, Dr. Daniel enjoys spending family time with his wife, who is an optometrist in Hutto, and daughter. His other hobbies include creative writing and automotive sports . Each summer he volunteers at a camp in Kerrville for patients with Type 1 diabetes. Community outreach is important to Dr. Daniel, and he looks forward to planting roots in the Taylor area.
